Aykley Heads House
The registry office in Durham is called Aykley Heads House and is over a mile from the city centre. This makes it a much easier for guests that a city centre registry office with no parking. Aykley Heads house has plenty of parking, and being a large yellow building makes it much more photogenic than some other city centre registry offices! The ceremony rooms are bright and elegant, and there are some lovely gardens if you have time for photos.
