What an absolutely fantastic example of how to get married at your local village hall! Of course, choosing a picturesque village hall in a quintessential Yorkshire village makes the whole job a little easier!
Ria and Andy had married abroad earlier in the year, but pulled out all the stops and threw a beautiful summer wedding for their family and friends at Kirk Hammerton Village Hall.
There were personal touches everywhere! Even down to making all of the napkins, the groomsmen's ties/bowties, flower arrangements, venue decorations etc herself, it had been months in the making for Ria. It was clear to see that everything had been handmade with love.
After a lovely personalised outdoor ceremony, which was conducted by the matron of honor, and involved the whole family, there were photos on the village green, refreshments in the village hall garden, and then an absolutely exquisite afternoon tea for the sit down meal.
They set the bar high, but they carried it off fantastically. Kirk Hammerton Village hall looked amazing! As, of course, did the bride, groom and bridesmaids!
